Reclaim Work Uniform Tax

How to claim

Fill in the P87 form online and follow the instructions.

You’ll be asked for:

· Employers name and address

· Your occupation, job title and industry sector

· Your details, including National Insurance Number and PAYE reference

· How you would like to be paid
