We will arrange the collection frequency, including the number of garment bins that will be required.

Bins are available in two sizes, 120L and 240L depending on requirements.

The bins will be delivered and positioned in a secure location for you to fill up with all your unused garments from SafetyCare before your next scheduled collection date.

Once your garments are collected, they will then be shredded and recycled sustainably using our recycling partners.

You will receive a certificate of destruction and an invoice will then be issued.

After extensive research and development, we've devised a comprehensive environmentally sustainable solution. This innovation enables us to address the "recycling issue, associated with corporate workwear destruction for brand security. Through collaboration with various textile and recycling mills, we've formulated a strategy to recycle this fibre.

After being baled at the depot, the waste will be exported to specialised recycling mills and organisations worldwide. The baled fiber material undergoes a process that separates the bales, proceeds with the shredded waste through multiple stages, and ultimately stretches it into a fibrous material. This innovative material finds application in various uses such as geotextiles, specialty papers, and other inventive products.

The shredded waste undergoes several processes, passing through various types of conveyors before being stretched into a fibrous material. Custom-built machinery, tailored for the entire process, receives the shredded material and transforms it into the innovative fiber. This fiber is then compacted, baled again, and prepared for distribution to end-users. Throughout the entire process, environmental sustainability is maintained.

Some of the many materials we process include, Cotton, Jute Sisal, Acrylic, Polyester, Complex Blendings Thermoplastics and Glass Fibre.

The clothing/textile is securely transported to our destruction site initially.

Our custom-designed cross-cut shredding machinery ensures secure destruction during the process.

The destruction process is traceable through a secure audit trail, adhering to rigorous security shredding standards at every step. Our high-capacity cross-cut shredding destruction system can shred over 2 tons per hour, marking the initial phase of the recycling process.
