• Control pre-shift inspections and maintenance of forklift trucks 
• The holder and insert systems ensure that inspections are carried out on a daily basis
• A number of fixing options are available to attach the holder to the forklift truck, these include: adhesives, screws or cable ties
• The inserts display an easy to follow pre-use operator checklist on the front of the facility to record 32 inspections on reverse 
• If the forklift fails an inspection ‘DON NOT USE’ is displayed on the holder 
• Use in conjunction with the Forklift Awareness wallchart
